Who Do I Work With
Health and wellness is a continuum. You may be at one end of the spectrum one day and then at a completely different place another day. I work with individuals no matter where they are in their wellness journey. We’ll work not only on your health challenge, but on the emotions that are sure to surface along the way.
Here are some examples of how I can help:
- Maybe you’re suffering from symptoms and neither you or any doctor that you’ve been to have any idea what’s going on. I’ve been there and have a proven system (I was my own first client) to help you bring clarity to your situation and find someone to work with.
- Perhaps you’ve been diagnosed and are wondering what to do next. While a diagnosis is helpful, it’s often the beginning of a new chapter of your life. How do you deal with it? Yes, your doctor has given you instructions to follow, but you’re finding it easier said than done. How can you incorporate these changes into your life in a way that makes sense for you? Are there any natural remedies available to you? These are a few questions that we’ll explore.
